Hiring Process:

Interview with, and give a treatment to, three members of the hiring committee. If accepted, sign a contract.

Harvard Therapeutic Massage provides:

	a coordinated business infrastructure
	a professional office suite with a waiting room and three treatment rooms
	a phone answering service and system
	a Web Appointment Book
	a cooperative, supportive, and independent environment
	Internet and other marketing services
	Yellow Pages listings
	A very respected name in the area

The therapist must provide:

	a license from the Harvard Board of Health
	a certificate from the National Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
	a membership with American Massage Therapy Association or other association that provides liability coverage.
	linens
	massage oils
	a stable weekly schedule of availability
	a minimum of two 4 hour shifts per week
	a cellular phone
	HTM business cards
	a maximum of 30% of his/her earnings at HTM
	a willingness to contribute to the greater benefit of HTM's healing community
